Returns

Our goal at Infinite Merch is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item following our returns process outlined above and place a new order for the item you desire. This ensures the fastest processing and delivery of your new item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@infinitemerche.com. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item and will send a replacement at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
